"The most important thing I’ve learned in the past two months is that I am capable of a lot more than I thought I was. Not only was this a journey into the discovery of entrepreneurship and its applications, but also a journey into who I am as a person [...] I’ve learned a lot from the voices of experience, whether from my supervisors or those invited to speak, or even the colleagues I worked with, and I look forward to using those experiences to continue to shape me into a person that changes the world for the better."

"Truthfully, the specifics of entrepreneurship are still somewhat of a mystery to me. That being said Israel and David have shown me what the foundation looks like. Before if someone had asked me what makes a great entrepreneur, I would have replied that it was a combination of luck and the ability to capitalize on the needs people have every day but seldom acknowledge. After working with the cofounders of Vantage Point 360 I can boil it down to four key traits: humility, perseverance, confidence, and a willingness to take a risk. "

"Whether it was the speaker panels or the fulfillment of finishing a big project with students located across the U.S., I’ve always enjoyed the excitement of not knowing what’s next. I believe the journey of the internship was the most enjoyable experience for me, rather than gaining any specific resource. However, I do appreciate Israel and David being extremely kind and understanding people that were willing to help me develop every single day. Due to their receptiveness, I was able to become comfortable quickly and devote myself to learning. To end this reflection, I would like to say I am thankful to Israel, David, and my team of interns that accepted me as their leader, for a great summer experience."

"Being an Intern at Vantage Point 360, I have learned what it means to be a successful entrepreneur, businesswoman, and overall person. [...] It came to the point where I was sitting at my high school graduation, a valedictorian, and felt nothing. Everyone was congratulating me on my accomplishment, but it felt like I didn’t even earn it. This carried on to college, where I became overwhelmed with being in the presence of motivated students with passion and direction.

This internship made me question my 'Why?' This internship made me realize that I work best at things that I truly care about."

"Before embarking on this internship, I knew very little about the world of finance or entrepreneurship  After just two months, I feel like I have learned much more than in any of my classes.  VP360 invested in each individual intern and genuinely cared about our personal development.  On the last weekly intern call I was put on a mock call to test my skills and in that moment I realized how much growth had incurred in me in the past weeks.  I am more confident in my own personal abilities and I am able to handle criticism better."

"Going into this internship as a entrepreneurship major, I was hoping for reassurance that my major was right for me. Following my passion and doing something I enjoy has always been a priority for me, and this internship assured that for me. As a rising junior and only taking a single entrepreneurship classI Intro to Startups I was unsure if it was right for me. VP360 showed me that it is my passion and something I genuinely enjoy learning about and would like to pursue for a career. "

"I learned a couple of important points as a result of this internship, the first of which is
the importance of networking. Throughout the internship, the interns got the
opportunity to speak with diverse entrepreneurs of different ages and from different
walks of life. I began to think about not only networking but networks as well as
clusters and how resourceful they can be. Furthermore, the conversations with the
diverse entrepreneurs made me more aware that I try to avoid physical networking for
various reasons. However, going forward, I will try to network more and leverage the
connections I make,"
